THE BULGARIAN WINE CULTURE
Let us introduce you to the Bulgarians' tradition of producing and using
wine since Thracian times. We'll tell you about the place of wine and
spirits in Bulgarian culture, family life and business etiquette. We'll
recall stories of wine in Bulgarian folklore and share legends and proverbs,
customs, rituals, and songs. The course includes a first hand experience
of contemporary wine production in Bulgaria and a wine tasting.
